What is Dream Interpretation?

Dream Interpretation and Recall

Do I dream?

We all dream. We may not remember them but we do. It is important to remember your dreams and to keep track of them as they are messages from our subconscious. Sometimes they are bringers of information and tell of things to come. Often the dreams we have are manners of consolidating and helping us answer our questions we had for the previous day.

Other times dreams help us if we have difficulties or conflicts that we are dealing with. They will help us to see patterns or issues that we need to address in order to advance to our next growth. Often they help us to solve puzzles or concerns that we may have. Sometimes they are predictions of the future. And sometimes they are visits from our families who are in the Spirt World. Important is to pay attention, write them down and thank your subconscious for helping you by sending the dreams.

Albert Einstein speaks of his dreams regarding some of his biggest theories.  There are many books available to help you. Choose the one that best fits you or continue to look. See what feels “right” to you always. (In the future I plan to have a deck of Dream Cards to use.  So, stay tuned.)

Below is a bit of information that may help you to look at your dreams and see what they may be helping you deal with.  I offer in my readings help for you with my dream interpretations as well.

How do you remember your dreams?

  1. Tell your subconscious that you wish to remember what it has been trying to tell you. Make a commitment to yourself to to follow through with the commitment.

  2. Speak with your angels and guides about helping you remember your dreams.

  3. Ask your angels and guides to give you guidance via messages through your dreams.

  4. Ask your family who have passed over from this life to give you messages thru your dreams.

  5. Drink a glass of water before going to bed - yes it will make you get up and go to the bathroom, but it often interrupts your dreams so you will be more aware of them!

  6. Have a pen and paper on your nightstand so that you can easily write down your dreams. Don’t worry about how messy the written notes are, you will have something to go on. You will decipher them later. (Note: you can get pens which light up at night to help you write down the dreams.)

  7. Sometimes you will remember snippets of your dreams sometime the next day - write them down ASAP.

  8. When you can, sit down and analyze the dreams, remember they are messages from your Higher self, Subconscious self. Your Higher self only wishes to have you progress through life and understand what is going on what needs addressed, how you see yourself and other aspects of yourself and perhaps to even look at changing things that you are not happy with in your life.
